Our spring season is for post-secondary aged staff. Employment is available for both Day Camp and Overnight Camp staff. During work time for this season, staff will live onsite at our Overnight site in Lambton Shores. Accommodations and food are provided. 

Our spring season consists of two main parts: First is training and preparation for summer programs. Spring staff will receive specific training and take time to prepare our programs, property, and equipment for both Day Camp and Overnight summer programs. Second is hosting trips and events both at our Overnight site as well as at Day Camp partner churches. We host a number of school field trips that give students unforgettable camp experiences outside of the city, and we bring all the fun of camp to churches to run special events for their local communities. 

Working at Forest Cliff in the Spring is a great opportunity to grow in leadership, engage in our camp community, and provide really cool experiences for all kinds of kids!

Forest Cliff is all about creating life-changing, unforgettable experiences that encourage them to grow in a relationship with Jesus! Our beautiful Overnight Camp is located in Lambton Shores on Lake Huron, an hour outside of London, Ontario. Forest Cliff is thrilled to provide campers with the milestone moment of spending a week away from home, trying new things, and having great adventures with friends! 

This year our summer season runs from June 28th - August 27th. These weeks include Junior Camp, Kids Camp, Jr. High Camp, SALT (Service and Leadership Training), and LIT (Leader-in-Training) experiences. 

A typical camp week begins on Sunday at 1:00 pm and ends on Friday at 6:00pm. The majority of our Overnight Team lives onsite during the week, where we provide all food and accommodations. Our staff are then off for the weekend, during which they are encouraged to rest, re-energize, connect with friends, family, and their church community before returning the following week to make more unforgettable memories for themselves and for our campers!

During the spring season, our team does not differentiate by position, we are all Spring Team Members! Then, as we move into our summer seasons, specific positions are assigned.

The compensation listed is based on working the full spring and summer seasons. Compensation will be adjusted by availability.
